Our Service includes therapeutic stories, parenting articles, expert scripts, and educational resources. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARENT HARBOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy, which may be updated from time to time.
